Last year, after heavy rainfall followed by dry weather, drip irrigation really made a difference. Once installed, the system requires little maintenance—just switch on the pump and it manages itself. It helped moisten the soil crust, improving emergence and crop growth, and it truly saved our harvest. We left some areas without driplines as a test, and we’ve seen a double-digit percentage increase in yield because of them.
