The subsurface drip system has done nothing but help us and our crops. We use less water, less fertilizer, less labor—and it’s easier to manage. The yield increase in alfalfa is significant—about 40 to 50%. We’re benefiting on both sides: we’re saving on inputs and increasing revenue. I could tell right away that this farm had Netafim installed because we weren’t getting the root intrusion problems that other farms have. I wish we had known about Netafim earlier—we would have used it from the very beginning.
