On our 60 acres of land, we irrigate 30 acres with drip irrigation and none with flood irrigation. In maize, the fields with drip irrigation achieved a 30% higher yield. I am very pleased we chose Netafim’s low-energy systems. With the drip system, labor has decreased to almost zero, as I manage the irrigation myself. The system also saves 40% more water compared to flood irrigation.
